With 25 years of experience, Santhosh is a highly respected yoga teacher known for his holistic, traditional and deeply mindful approach to practice. His passion for yoga began in India, where he taught at a school and also trained aspiring yoga instructors through the traditional mentorship method. This hands-on, authentic style of learning shaped his understanding of yoga as a complete lifestyle of balance, discipline and self-awareness.

Since moving to Australia in 2010, Santhosh has led classes and workshops across the country, sharing his knowledge with students from all backgrounds and levels of experience. His teaching philosophy integrates mindful movement, breath awareness and meditative practices, allowing students to experience yoga not just as exercise, but as a meaningful journey towards physical strength, emotional balance and inner clarity.
