You don’t have to have all the words for what you’re going through. Sometimes it’s a weight you’ve been carrying for a long time felt in the body, lived in the day-to-day. Pan’s role is to help you make sense of it, at your own pace.

With more than 20 years of experience in Australian healthcare and a Master’s in Counselling, Pan brings both deep clinical knowledge and genuine warmth to every session. She is especially skilled at recognising when emotional stress, unresolved trauma or prolonged life challenges show up as physical symptoms and supporting clients in exploring those connections as part of a fuller picture of healing.

Pan draws on evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailors them to each individual, ensuring her work remains respectful, personalised and effective. Her aim is to provide a safe, compassionate and empowering space where clients can deepen self-awareness, build resilience, and move forward in life with greater clarity and confidence. 

Understand Yourself

Pan is a dedicated, client-centred counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling and more than 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia. Her extensive clinical background includes work across emergency, surgical, psychiatric, paediatric and community health settings, shaping a deep appreciation for the relationship between mind and body.

With a strong understanding of psychosomatic responses, Pan recognises how emotional stress, unresolved trauma and prolonged life challenges can express themselves physically. She supports clients in exploring these connections as part of a holistic and integrated path to healing. In addition to her clinical expertise, Pan is a long-term practitioner of yoga and meditation, further enriching her ability to view wellbeing through a comprehensive lens—one that values physical health, emotional balance and lived experience as inseparable elements of personal growth.
